1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. Processing Time
- Custom Orders: Processing times for custom hats can vary depending on the complexity of the order. The current turnaround time for custom orders is displayed at the top of our website (highlighted in yellow) and will also be included in your order confirmation email.
- Quick Order Combos: These popular pre-selected combinations will be sewn and processed after your order is placed.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping Methods: We ship all orders via USPS. Shipping options and rates are available at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the destination address. You will see the total shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are estimated based on the USPS shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Typically takes 1 business day.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the USPS website.
6. Shipping Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they leave our facility. To protect your shipment, you have the option to add ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout. If you opt out, we cannot assist with lost or stolen packages.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately, but note that once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom-built hats, quick order combos, or sale items. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
