Refund policy

At Full Throttle Hats, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because each hat is custom-made to your specifications, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

No Returns or Refunds on Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on the following items:

  • Quick Order Combos: These are pre-selected patch and hat combinations that are made to order.
  • Customized ‘Build Your Own Lid’ Hats: Hats that are custom-built according to your specifications (patch, hat style, color, etc.) are final sale.
  • Sales and Clearance Items: All items purchased on sale or clearance are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we strive for perfection, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A description of the issue

After reviewing your case, if the product is deemed defective or damaged due to our error, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered production.

Shipping Issues

We ship all orders via USPS and provide tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note:

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. We recommend purchasing ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.
  • Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
