1. How do I build a custom hat?
Building a custom hat with us is simple:
- Pick a Patch: Choose from our wide selection of patches.
- Pick a Blank Hat: Select the hat style and color that suits you best.
- Checkout: During checkout, use the note section to specify how you’d like your patch sewn onto the hat. If you’re ordering multiple hats, please provide detailed instructions for each.

2. Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
3. What are Quick Order Combos?
Quick Order Combos are pre-selected combinations of popular patches and hats. These combos are designed for easier and faster checkout. We’ll sew the patch onto the hat after you place your order and ship it to you.
4. What is the turnaround time for a customized hat?
The turnaround time for customized hats is updated regularly and displayed at the top of our website (highlighted in yellow). You will also receive this information in your order confirmation email.
5. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on the following items:
- Quick Order Combos
- Customized ‘Build Your Own Lid’ hats
- Sales or clearance items
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as customer satisfaction is our priority.
6. What shipping methods do you use?
We ship all orders via USPS. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. You have the option to add ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout for a small fee. If you opt out, we cannot assist with any issues related to shipping.
7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, and we are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
