How do I build a lid?

1. Pick a Patch: Choose your desired patch from our collection.
2. Pick a Blank Hat: Select a blank hat that you'd like the patch to be attached to.
3. Checkout: Complete your purchase.

Note: We will attach the patch to the hat before shipping unless you specify otherwise in the cart note section. This section is located in your cart before you proceed to checkout. If no note is provided, it may delay your order. We’ll reach out via text or email if we need further details.

Ordering Multiple Patch/Hat Combos? Please specify how you want each patch sewn onto the hats in the note section (e.g., "Richardson 112 black / mama tried patch").

Do you ship outside of the U.S.? At this time, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What are Quick Order Combos? Quick order combos feature popular patch and hat combinations grouped into a single listing for easier checkout. These items will be sewn onto the hats after you place your order and before shipping.

Do you accept returns/refunds? We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

• Quick order combos
• Customized ‘build your own lid’ hats
• Sales/clearance items

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us. Customer service is a priority for us!

What is the turnaround time for a customized hat? Turnaround times are updated at the top of our website (highlighted in yellow) and are also included in your confirmation email.

Shipping Information:

• We ship via USPS.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages, or delays during transit.
• You can opt to add ROUTE shipping insurance for a small fee at checkout. Without it, we cannot assist with issues related to shipping.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your address is correct before checking out. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
